I recently moved here in May. It has been quite a nightmare finding a doctor. Dr.Liu and his staff were more than helpful and accomidating. The woman at the front desk, Jessica, I think was her name, was so respectful and patient with me. I came from a small town and had the same obgyn for 25 years so was a little rusty on all the information they were needing, & feeling very overwhelmed. Dr. Liu has a great bedside manner that I thought didn't exist anymore. I would recommend his practice over and over.
Wish their was no stars I spend 30 mins on the phone trying to schedule with a lady who can't even speak English properly repeating myself over and over again and then being on hold for 10 just for her to say she got in to the system ridiculous then I get there and they say I have to reschedule after driving all the way across town instead of just calling me and the only white girl there has the worst attitude ever disrespectful wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy.
Dr. Liu's is excellent same as dr Jennifer and nurses :) butttt the office manager wish is also who always answer the phone or just my bad luck jeje has the worse attitude I have ever seen it is sad how can a bad employee can ruin everything am not going to that office again thank god I just don't want to see her face again :/ just because of her :)
I went to Dr. Liu's office because I was having a few problems and wanted to figure out what was going on. When I went to Dr. Liu's office the first time I got a great feeling from everyone. They were all so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Liu's bedside manner is outstanding. He did EVERYTHING to figure out what was going on with me. Melissa his PA is also GREAT!!!!! EVERYONE IN THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!
I went to Dr. Liu's office when Dr. Boyd was there and I was her patient. I use to overhear all the great things about Dr. Liu from his patients and I decided to switch. That was probaly the best decision I have ever made!!! Dr. Liu's staff are all so warm and welcoming. Dr. Liu also took his time with me and answered all of my questions. After my visit he told me to get dressed and come into his office so we could further discuss what's going on. Dr. Liu and Melissa are outstanding! They are always so patient and explain things to me in a way that helps me understand it. They always give helpful information. The girls in the office are always so helpful and friendly! This office is awesome and I would recommend Dr. Liu to everyone I know!
Dr. Liu is the most amazing doctor! I had not had a pap smear for awhile and seeing a male doctor for the first time made me very nervous but when Dr. Liu started talking to me and explaining things to me he made me feel very comfortable. He always takes the time to answer any of my questions throughly and in a way that I can understand them. This place is awesome and the staff is SO FRIENDLY!!
Dr. Liu is a great doctor! I would recommend him to everyone! He always takes his time and answers all of my questions throughly and made sure he covered everything I had questions about. I wasn't so sure about seeing a male doctor but I wouldn't go back. Dr. Liu made me feel so comfortable seeing a male for the first. Dr. Liu's MA's are also pretty awesome!
