Gave me a Covid test (it came up negative) didn’t do any further assessment then sent me home. I had to come back 2 days later cause I have strep throat. 😩 probably could have given me a strep test then instead of needing to come back
After waiting for a long time to be seen, the doctor seemed to not care about my health. He was only in the room for about two minutes and made me feel as if he was disregarding what I was telling him was wrong. Then proceeded to tell me that he couldn’t do anything to go see my normal doctor. He didn’t put any effort in to make me feel like I was being taken seriously. Or taken care of
I had a positive experience at the instacare in West Valley. Dr.Henderson was very kind and,I had a quick wait time
Not one for conversation. I told him my symptoms, he stepped outside, came back and handed me a prescription for an antibiotic which I didn't need since I had a viral infection. His words. As he headed out the door, I asked a question and mid sentence he said "take care!" and that was the end of the visit. All told he couldn't have been in the room more than 45 seconds. It looks like he works after hour clinics and ER. So nobody is choosing to see him. Hope that by the luck of the draw you don't end up with this guy.
