Dr. Coy is very gentle. He has answered any concerns I have had. I have seen several dentists in the Utica area and I would highly recommend Dr. Coy. I don't want a chatty dentist working on my teeth and trying to have a conversation. Dr. Coy makes going to the dentist relaxing.

I have had my teeth cleaned by Dr. Koy's staff 3 times and had no problems. They were great. The Dr. himself has never spoken more than two words to me, until… I had to get a cavity taken care of. He didn't let me know. He shouted it across me to his staff. I asked the receptionist, “what tooth”? She said you have 2 cavities (Oh, thanks for letting me know receptionist)! Dr. Coy is the only dentist I have had in 47 years that my family and I look forward to visiting. He is very professional and he is very gentle. I trust him and his staff completely.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed.
