After waiting 2 months for an appointment, doctors office called, oops they don’t take my insurance. They had that info day 1. Very poor practice management
My visit was in every aspect exceptional. Dr. Krieger did a very good job at explaining the procedure before it was done and the results after it was completed. I would also add the nurses and other staff provided top notch care as well. I was very fortunate to a doctor of Dr. Krieger’s caliber and have had the care provided by both him and the other medical professionals he has surrounded himself with.
From my initial contact, to them reaching out to me afterwards to ensure I was doing well, Dr. Krieger and all the staff I had contact with at Lone Star Endoscopy are top notch. Let’s face it, not many people want to have a colonoscopy but you are in excellent care and treated very well. Making it a good thing after all.
Dr. Krieger is the best. Soft spoken, informative and has excellent bedside manners.
Very good experience. First time having a colonoscopy and Dr. Krieger and staff made my experience a good one. Very professional and bed side manner was great. I had no issues at all with his care. Left feeling relieved and will be going back.
