The staff made every step of the procedure comfortable. From the staff who greeted me and checked me in to the nurses and doctors, each of them were friendly and professional.
Professional, caring, and inclusive. This was my first experience with Dr. Krieger and as most would be I was anxious over the whole procedure. I was put at ease but the constant conversation I was in before the procedure and then the actual day. Directions were clear, and help readily available if at any point there were questions. I found him to be relatable and thorough . I transferred in as a new patient. He actually read my chart before seeing me and knew my history. Answered all my questions. I felt he saw me as a person rather than just patient X.
Easy to talk to, down to earth. He was awesome
Very personable, went the extra mile to review the procedure/results both before and afterwards. Great professionalism.
After waiting 2 months for an appointment, doctors office called, oops they don’t take my insurance. They had that info day 1. Very poor practice management
My visit was in every aspect exceptional. Dr. Krieger did a very good job at explaining the procedure before it was done and the results after it was completed. I would also add the nurses and other staff provided top notch care as well. I was very fortunate to a doctor of Dr. Krieger’s caliber and have had the care provided by both him and the other medical professionals he has surrounded himself with.
From my initial contact, to them reaching out to me afterwards to ensure I was doing well, Dr. Krieger and all the staff I had contact with at Lone Star Endoscopy are top notch. Let’s face it, not many people want to have a colonoscopy but you are in excellent care and treated very well. Making it a good thing after all.
Dr. Krieger is the best. Soft spoken, informative and has excellent bedside manners.
