I had an appt today at 10am.. I’ve been sitting on this for a while and decided to finally go before I leave for Vegas tomorrow. I ended up cancelling a meeting and rearranging my schedule to make this happen.. At 8:03am, a woman who sounds very inexperienced with zero customer service calls and says “we don’t have room for any new patients today” our Zocdoc doesn’t merge well with the system” my response was is there any way to make my appt still happen today as I’m getting dressed etc even if it has to be later… Her respon... read more
Dr F is a wonderful human being and a great doctor. The problem is that they now have a different structure and he no longer can provide the service in the way he has in the past. They’ve got new staff and honestly, that staff have zero empathy and care for the patients. The phone and front desk people don’t really care about the patients. They seem like they follow pre written scripts when speaking to you.
