Took care of my mother while in the hospital, and was very nice to her. Saw her every morning and took time to answer our questions.
We have been at Encompass Healthcare on three occasions. The facility and staff have been great. We appreciate and like Dr. Allen. But, when we received our bill for Dr. Eng's services, we were shocked at the times he billed our insurance company and, in turn, us. We actually made a joke about seeing how fast Dr Eng would be in and out of my husband's room. The bills are for 50 minutes, 25 minutes and 15 minutes for 11 visits. This is so off base.
