Beside one incident, the visit today was great! My son is 3 and was very unsure, uneasy, and probably anxious about the visit. He did cry. Dr. Jaynes was fantastic and very supportive. I will say there was one lady who worked there who approached Dallas and myself and told Dallas to be quiet when he was upset. She said it would scare some of the other children. Not sure if that was very supportive..... I was a bit surprised she didn't walk over and give him encouragement ~ rather she told him to be quiet. :( That was a littl... read more
The dentist office a 5-year old LOVES! My child has been a patient of Dr. Jaynes for over 2 years now and he loves going for his routine visits every 6 months. The staff is hands down the best! They are all very kind and personable. It's also says a lot about Dr. Jaynes and the office environment that most of the staff have been there for a long time. The office is efficient and to be honest, I cannot think of anything that I would change. Dr. Jaynes and his staff are the reason my son loves going to the dentist!!

We got there a little early and were greeted right away. She was taken back just as quickly. Very professional and friendly staff.

My kids have been seeing Dr. Jeff going on 20 years now! My oldest is 23, middle child is 20 and my youngest is 16. My kids were some of his earliest patients. It's been a valuable experience having Dr. Jeff and his excellent staff available to us. Even now when the kids see him twice per year, Dr. Jeff and his staff always remember what the kids are doing and keep up with their life changes. Fun, relaxing atmosphere!
