We had what we felt to be an urgent situation, we were also first time patients. Our experience started with via the phone with Michelle, she was extremely kind, professional and empathetic. Upon our arrival, they she greeted us by name (which is quite comforting, again this was our first visit), the office was warm and inviting, it also had a super cool "kid" cave that my 2 year old immediately went to!
