I went in to trade my gas guzzler in for a hybrid. The Used Car Sales man smelled like booze and peppermint and was lost..... They offered me a very UNFAIR price for my trade in and wouldn't budge on the numbers. I was willing to roll some of the negative equity into the purchase but they wouldnt budge. I had told him several times I had my own financing AND little did he know I already had a bank check drafted for the purchase of the vehicle-he kept telling me he couldnt do anything until i filled out a credit application. ... read more
I love this dealership. The Honda Sales reps are knowledgeable and aim to please. I especially like the service department. They treat you like family and are never too busy to service my vehicle.
