I dropped my vehicle off for a recall that needed to be repaired. I dropped my vehicle at 7am, Honda then shuttled me back home and my vehicle was ready around 11am. There were some additional things that needed to be serviced as well, which I never took care of and the service department informed me of such and I approved the repairs. My vehicle drives so much smoother now after the additional repairs were taken care of 10/10. This place is SO unfriendly. I went there to inquire about pricing for two parts I needed for my honda, & the man at the counter wouldn't even let me complete my first sentence before waving me off, telling me to go over to where some women were sitting, & to ask them. This guy was SO dismissive toward me! Awful! After spending close to $600 and them telling us the problem with my car is fixed, we drove a few miles and the problem persisted. We took the car again to their shop, and a few more miles, the problem persisted. "We need to replace the radar," they say and pay $2,500 for the new repair. They didn't diagnose correctly in the first place. Although, we knew Honda service would be more expensive, we thought it was worth it to have a correct diagnosis of the problem. Terrible customer service. Will not stand behind their products either. Better off going to Troy Honda or Friendly’s. Save yourself the headache.

Disappointed for sure. I work a lot and finally had the opportunity to drop my car off for the recalls to be done on my Honda. They had the car for over a week and when I got it back, the recalls were done ( I think ) but all the other things that I mentioned for them to take a look at, weren’t even brought up when I picked it up. Can you imagine a dealership having your car and not finding something wrong with your car and not even asking if you want it fixed?
