I went to the wrong building causing me to arrive late for my appointment, it was over the 15 minute limit, so I was not expecting to be seen, I thought at best I can hope to reschedule my appointment. I was so relieved that DR Holmes made time to see me & determine the options for fixing my ankle problem. I live a hour away so it was a relief I didn’t have to reschedule, also I feel totally at ease and confident having Dr Holmes do surgery on my foot .
Everyone is very nice. Any concerns or questions I had they answered. They don't mind helping with what issue you might have. Wait time was minimal
I was listened to and spoken with, which is hard to come by these days. My concerns were addressed and supported, so much so, as soon as I’m recovered from surgery on my left foot, I’ll be getting surgery on my right foot.
Appreciate the friendly and professional service of everyone on the team.
