Love's what he does, which makes a difference when explaining what he found during his exam, why your eye does this or doesn't do this. He truly details what is best for you- the patient.

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes

Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood
