I was a patient of Dr. Demain for over 15 years. I found him to be very helpful in controlling my asthma and because of that, my asthma never got worse. He always took time to explain my lung tests to me and answered all my questions. He was never in a rush and I felt he cared about my health (asthma). We discussed up and coming new medications for asthma and I was curious to know his opinions. I was sad to learn he has since retired but wish him well. Saved my life from asthma. Been free of going to emergency rooms for treatment of asthma attacks attack free for over 20 years. Awesome Dr !!!
Great care and a very professional office staff. My appointment required 5 plus hours of testing and the staff even brought me animal cookies and juice in case I was hungry. My appointment took some advance planning as the doctor is well regarded and busy. I was seen in a timely manner and the testing was completed ? on a very specific schedule. I am pleased with the care I received and would recommend this practice.
More than six week waiting list to see ANY doctor. I need help now while they can see me at my worst, not six weeks later when my symptoms appear less severe. I am a returning patient and I still can not get in when I need help the most.
Will not see patients without a referral even though I am not required under my insurance. Door slammed close in my face before I even got through the door. Bad business practice and office policies.
