I have been seeing Dr. Eck for nearly 20 years. I love his direct approach and his expertise.
The new urgent care Family Medicine has long waits for telephone assistance, medication refill took 1 hour of listening to our callers will be assisted in the order in which the call was received. My first visit had a very long office wait. With very little Physician time. I was very unhappy with my first visit to the new building. 2 hour wait to see the Doctor.
He is the most caring Dr I have seen in my 47 years. I would never go to anyone else He also sees my Daughter,Son and Husband all love him. Seems serious at first ,getting to the bottom of the problem.but and always has a positive note to end on. The Main nurse Steph is also a pleasure no matter when the last visit was she always remembers my family

Horrible bedside manor. Doesn't seem to want to work for his patients. Very rude. Wouldn't recommend.
Front office staff completely incompetent.Couldn't get appointment as a new patient without medical records from previous Dr.Took over 3 wks.ended up having to call records myself.Needed ortho referral for soft tissue injury after going to ER.Had to be seen again to get referral.Took 4 days.Then took another 7 days for them to CALL in referral.had sinus infection and Dr was gone, told I had to wait until he returned following week.Demanded to see other Dr. bc who leaves pts without Dr to see?
