I left the appointment feeling dismissed and discouraged. I came in desperate for answers after a month of persistent dizziness following a head injury. Instead of feeling heard, I felt brushed off. When I tried to share a written list of symptoms and a timeline—meant to be helpful and efficient—Dr. Gittins refused to look at it. Very professional and personable. Very impressed at how quickly I can get an appointment and be seen And the nurse that check me in, tall African American man, is absolutely the best!!
This was a terrible visit. I ended the appointment early and asked to see someone else. This guy is arrogant and condescending. He literally walked out of the room while I was taking. After leaving and asking to see another doctor, I was still billed for a complete visit and had to fight this with my insurance company. After months of PT (and money) referral by my own doctor, this guy had audacity to tell me I hadn’t done anything to try to help myself yet. Rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend.
