I took my daughter to this location for her eye exam, but I had a disappointing experience. The receptionist was quite unkind and blunt, which made me feel like the patients are not respected. This isn't the first time I've had this unpleasant feeling at this place. I won’t be returning to this location again.
I recently accompanied my adult daughter to an eye appointment at the Dello Russo at 1 North Washington Ave in Bergenfield. It took me a while before I realized I had not noticed anyone disinfecting any of the machines before or after patients had placed their faces or chins on them. I will not return there again. Please pay attention if you do go. All the employees were nice and friendly but, having a sterile environment is definitely more important.
I had cataract surgery and I saw everything very clearly again thanks to Dr Dello Russo
