I know that I will get the attention and care needed when I have a visit with Dr. W. He ask the needed questions to get the needed diagnosis. I’m grateful for his care.
I was nervous about taking my 16 yr old daughter there. She is my baby. He put my fears at bay. Helped calm me down. Took his tim and spoke with her and I both. Answered all our questions and explained everything to us. If it turns out that my daughter needs surgery I believe we found our doctor. (Dr. Shepherd) Grey's Anatomy lol.
Super informative and friendly
Never in my life have I been simply 'dismissed' by a medical 'professional' with 'You'll just have to live with it' as he left the room. After even he agreed that surgery was not an option, his interest in my case evaporated. No alternative paths were discussed. I was simply 'dismissed'. No, I could never recommend this physician.
I did not appreciate how I was treated when I was informed about my results. He worried more about me making an appointment with him after I had seen another doctors in his practice. I thought he was a specialist in degenerative disc disease. I felt disrespected and I was asked very few questions. I fell that as a nurse and patient he did not care. He offered no explanation is of why I was having pain or if there was anything else I could do except go to a pain doctor which I have gone to for 6 years. I cried on the way home... read more
We had been going to another group for three injections before seeing Dr Jones. He took the time to read the MRI himself and found the issue that neither the other doctor nor radiologist found! He initiated the correct treatment and we are doing well. Can’t say enough positive comments for Dr Jones! Very smart and very personable!!
Dr. W. is one of the most compassionate physicians I’ve encountered in 88 years of visiting doctors. In addition to his consummate knowledge and skill, he clearly CARES about his patients. There is always enough time to ask all the questions and have them answered completely and candidly. I recommend him highly.
