I broke my back causing a T12 burst fracture and L1 compression fracture Dr Cahill and Leanne did a spinal fusion from T10 to L2 my whole left side from the day of surgery to this very moment 3 years later I am still in agonizing pain due to some kind of bone growth that they put inside of me it has done nothing but destroy my life on how we regret going to see Dr Cahill and Leanne my surgery was March 21st 2022.
I can’t thank Dr. Jones enough for taking the time with me to listen and always answer my questions with patience and empathy. He does not just brush me off, but rather finds something to offer relief for the pain which I experience. Fortunately, he does not often recommend pain medication, but offers other options and tries to avoid surgery if it all possible. He is one of the most skilled neurosurgeons in Greensboro and I am grateful to have him as my doctor.

I was very impressed with the office staff. Professional, pleasant and most caring. Doctor Wiercisiewski was wonderful. Pleasant and listened well. Asked me questions and discussed options for treatment. For a first time visit, I was happy to select this physician. Respectful, kind and empathetic of my situation. I trust my future visits will remain as positive.
I find Dr. Jones to be calming, knowledgeable, respectful, is patient with any questions, and understanding if patient is wanting to try less invasive measures to relieve pain. Has recently referred me for some PT to begin soon. He collaborates with pain med doctor. Is good about explaining conditions if you didn’t quite understand the first time. He has earned my trust, and this is my go-to place for a back pain issue.
Dr. Wiercisiewski quickly inspired my confidence. He listened as I described the problem, explained the probable cause, answered my questions, and proposed a treatment plan. I fully respect his knowledge and his manner.
He was very informative of procedure.

Dr. Wiercisiewski makes you feel at home each time you visit his office. He takes the time to address your concerns and then explains your options in detail. You get a good sense of his experience and expertise after his assessment. Therefore, your confidence in making your decision for the best treatment plan is validated.
