Dr. Mailhot was on time. Nice vibe and disposition. He quickly diagnosed my problem and provided a solution. I am lucky to have gotten in to see him on such short notice.
My visit was excellent! All the personal were professional and very personable , making me feel very comfortable.
Greeted at scheduled time. Staff was very courteous and professional. Doctor was very cordial establishing a relaxed and calming atmosphere. He was very thorough in the exam explaining as he proceeded. Would highly recommend Dr. Mailhot and APM Derm in Leominster
Called for an appointment and got one right away. When I arrived, Dr. Mailhot was ready to see me. The staff were friendly and efficient. Great experience!
Great service, very informative, the visits are always easy and they make you feel comfortable
Dr Mailhot has been my "derm"md since he came in on consult, in the hospital, when I had bags of medications dripping because not one doctor for three days knew what was wrong. He walked in and said " oh that's......." today he was just as efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant as he was years ago. I was the first patient to walk into the new office in Leominster from Worcester, it's a drive but it is worth it.
Had a particular skin issue, & Dr. M got me right in next day after my call.
Excellent doctor. Kind considerate and informative. Would recommend to anyone.
