I never write a bad review but seriously I have never had a worse issue with a dentist about the way they conduct their billing. These folks are not upfront . It’s very deceptive. They told me my upfront costs after checking with my insurance and then I had to pay for a CT …yeah to also giving me a CD to take home for another 200 then more charges for the gentle whatever they call it for another couple of 100 and then another bill to top it off for another 200 ! The best endodontist in Bay Area. I had unusual anatomical construction of root canal of the tooth under bridge. It was done professionally with modern equipment. No pain medication necessary.

I am new in town and was looking for a good endodontist, I did my research that is how I found Dr. Krupp. I did'nt even felt the needle when he numb me, defenitely I would recommend him if you need a root canal work

Dr. Krupp is amazing! Extremely professional, brilliant in his field makes you feel comfortable when you are so scared of your issue. He is quite funny... The office staff I found to be very helpful & kind. I had a root canal done, I am petrified of needles. He was incredible explaining to me why I feel this way & relaxed me a lot. I do recommend this office to all of you reading this.

I was visiting the US on business from the UK when struck down by a particularly painful case of toothache that needed a root canal filling. A general dentist referred me to Dr Krupp and I was able to get an appointment the following day. I can liken the experience to a high quality private clinic in the UK - much better than the national health service. Dr Krupp and his assistant Renee were fantastic, making what could have been a very unpleasant experience a breeze. If only Dr Krupp could be my usual dentist in the UK!!

I wish Dr. Krupp could do my routine exams! Delivery of numbing agent was virtually painless (just very mild discomfort). Dr. Krupp explained each step, he and his office staff were very attentive. There was no point where I was left for an extended period of time. Even when I was waiting for the numbness to kick in, a member of his staff popped in every few minutes. Office staff was ok. Could be nicer. The assistants were great! They made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Krupp is direct and to the point. I think he knows his stuff. I had a great experience for a root canal. I would totally go back!
