The entire experience was terrific. The nurses are very attentive and friendly. Very informative and make sure you understand everything clearly. The nurse i had listened when I explained about being a hard stick for IV, she tried once and did try to find my vein, but by no fault of hers due to my veins do not play well with others. When she could not hit the spot went and got another nurse. It took the other nurse several minutes to get it but did get it on first try.
