Former Dr. Glenn patient. No problems at all. Scheduled for a cleaning but was told a full mouth x-ray battery was needed. I said no...(my prerogative right)? After all, Dr. Glenn gave me a 100% in Nov. This new one tho' told me if I refused the x-ray she could not be my doc. She's a greedy one. Watch it!! I won't be back.
When Dr. Glen retired, I started looking around for a new dentist. I knew nothing about his replacement, Dr. Hochster, so I asked people I trusted for a referral. Then, this morning one of my teeth broke apart. It would have been very unlikely to get immediate care from a new dentist, so I called Dr. Hochster's office. The tooth broke at 8:30. This was the most pleasant, worry free dentist experience I’ve ever had. Dr Hochster resolved the issue quickly, very efficiently, and with care and warmth. I found my dentist for life.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Hochster for years so when she came to Manayunk Family Dentistry I booked a cleaning right away. The staff is professional and kind. I was able to get an appointment in the next week without issue. When I needed to return for fillings it was easy to find a time that worked. The appointment itself was quick and Dr. Hochster and her team did a great job. All in all it has been a wonderful experience at the dentist.
