When I first met Dr. Craig and his staff, I was so happy to find a doctor that finally seemed to listen, but that experience gradually declined over the past couple of years. Maybe that’s what happens in a practice that gets so busy that messages are intervened by the nurse instead of your physician, or even misinterpreted by the patient due to lack of instruction or appointment details in the message itself. I'm so thankful to have found Dr Craig. He's been my doctor for 7 years. He has great bed side manners, takes time to listen to you. When test results come in he is fast to communicate with you. When I've had questions or concerns he always quick to respond. He's a Dr that I highly recommend.
Dr Jeffrey Craig is an excellent doctor. I’ve been seeing him for the last 5 years. He’s attentive and proactive in his treatment of patients. He listens well and takes time to explain any diagnosis, treatment, or condition. His medical assistant, Melissa, is excellent as well and they make a professional and responsive team! The on site lab and X-ray capabilities are very convenient as well. I highly recommend them!
