Dr. Mai is a very caring Dr. My care definitely feels like a team effort. I feel heard and seen when discussing my issues and concerns.
Dr. Mai is thorough and explains his diagnosis patiently in the language that patient can understand. If necessary he draws for his explanation and draws very well. He is easy to communicate and cares about patient. His team is also engaging and listens to patient's questions.
Dr Mai clearly and patiently explained my husband’s condition and explained what he could do to support a recovery. He offered surgery within one week. We were very impressed with his knowledge, confidence, and explanations of pros and possible cons of the procedure proposed.
Dr. Mai took his time explaining every detail and we didn't feel rushed! He was very professional and friendly
