Dr. Mai was very knowledgeable with great bed side manner. He thoroughly explained our circumstances in a way that we could both take in and understand. We found that Dr. Mai afforded ample time for our questions and enabled us to arrive at decisions that we ultimately felt most best about. I would be quite comfortable making a referral to Dr. Mai should the opportunity arise.
