I overall had a great experience! The office is ran very efficiently, and I left with a positive impression. My only concern was I was not told how much I was supposed to pay with my procedure until after it was done. I have dental coverage so I assumed I was free to go but I ended up having to pay a $200 copay just in case my insurance Did not cover the full amount billed. The staff is very friendly but I'm skeptical of their finance procedures. If anything is owed I should be billed after insurance is settled, not beforeha... read more
Most people do not like their annual trip to the dentist but honestly I always look forward to my six month visits to Dr. Robertson's office. The office staff are very friendly, work so well and politely with one another and are very accurate in staying on time to your appointment time.
FANTASTIC!! Best Dentist and staff EVER! They are like family to me and my family!! I leave not only with fresh, bright teeth but also a smile in my HEART. Love them and am SO grateful for Dr. Jeff and team.

Went to my first appointment to see Dr. Robertson. He was profession, very nice and listened to all my concerns. His staff was very personable, professional and made me feel very welcomed. I would highly recommend this office and dentist.
Dr. Robertson and his staff provide top-notch, friendly service from the moment you call to make an appointment, to the courtesy call reminder, check-in, on-time appointment, and an excellent office with state-of-the-art x-ray equipment. This is what every dental practice should offer.
