I went to this location 6-12 months ago and got traction massage by Dr. Jeff Mackey. I started going to a closer LSM office to Middleton near work. The new LSM office told me to go back to the Mackey office until the end of the year, because their traction machine is broken. Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Does this provider give unbiased advice? Not really.
