Dr. Woolsey was very dismissive, and seemed frustrated with us. He was short in his answers and hated that we were using Medicaid. He said HE was paying for us to have a baby. Made me feel horrible. Throughout my pregnancy he wouldnt check me when I told him something was wrong. He told me I was fine. I read the reviews when I looked up the phone number to call and schedule an appointment and was shocked by the comments made about the office staff. After calling to try to schedule an appointment, I 100% agree with them! 25 years ago, I was treated like gold through my pregnancy With Dr. Stephen nance and his staff so I sent my children to Jeff for their pregnancies. So judgmental! Ladies, if you are not of the surrounding area BEWARE! If you have any mental health issues, he is clueless and non-sympathetic! I had a surgery done by this man and it was a nightmare! The surgery was extensive, not just a regular hysterectomy, therefore, I had to spend the night in the hospital. My pain was never in control, he ordered my pain medicine every 8 hours!!! I was in non-stop severe pain all night! It was horrifying! Then get this, he sent me home with 5 pain pills, not 5 days, not even 3 days…5 p... read more

If you have a choice for a provider to pick, you HAVE to pick Jeff Nance. I have always been a little nervous of the OB just because of how intimate many of the situations and questions that arise in the specialty. Dr Jeff Nance made me feel comfortable and cared for at our very first appointment. Immediately I felt that he cared for me and really had my best interest at heart. I had Dr. Bennett with my first baby and I wasn’t super happy with my experience.. I was in labor for almost 24 hours and not once did she come in to check on me except to deliver me. The nurses had to keep calling her to tell her I was close to delivering and she just continued to see other patients at valley. We had to stop me from pushing multiple times which was super frustrating..

I have been going to Dr. Wolsey for over 45 years. He has always been the best gynecologist I've ever met.
