I went into the ER with a ruptured ear drum. I have a history of this and for some reason I don't feel them until it has started. I was not informed that my other ear was infected. I was offered something for the pain and then he decided I didn't need it anymore. The rest of the staff was fine. The doctor I saw 8 hours later when I was back in , in agony because the other ear was rupturing treated me with kindness. Now I'm paying $2,600 AFTER insurance for this trip and the second one.
