I had repeated billing discrepancies with this office—even after specifically addressing it in advance. Because of a prior issue, I made it very clear I would only proceed if I had a verified, written estimate. Their team confirmed my insurance and provided that estimate in writing. Dr Barrera & staff are amazing...extremely professional, kind, gentle & knowledgable. Dr Barrera has been my dentist for more than 15 years...I wasn't blessed with great gums but thanks to Dr. Barrera I still have my beautiful smile!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Their sloppy work will cost you. I went to this place back in 2023 for a bridge. Their first two attempts failed and literally fell out of my mouth requiring going back in and getting new molds. Then almost 2 years later, they called me saying I needed to come back in and get X-rays because my insurance wouldn't pay without the X-rays of the finished work.
