I agree with the other reviewer (Felecia D.) The finance department (Paul) was terrible. They seriously need to redo and rethink this department. I go in with perfect proven credit and do not get the lower interest rate. Ladies Do Not Do Business with Jeffrey Automotive Group.. My first time there, I was immediately violated by a by a N.P. named Marisa against my wishes, who was high on what seemed to be heroin. Also, she had very pronounced what seemed to be Parkinsons disease tremors in both hands. I indicated that I did not want to be touched by a N.P. My wish was not honored. She inflicted pain that took ten weeks to heal. Also, a lot of disrespect for the patients. I was treated as if I was too ignorant to notice the N.P. Marisa's incompetence, and serious flaws. BE WARNED
