Ultimately, I don't have a complaint about the dentist or any of the hygienist/assistants. It's really about the front desk lady who is probably one of the most unprofessional people I've had to talk to that wasn't gen z. My 5 year old daughter was referred here last year (2024) since the cleaning was done at a different dentist and she needed pediatric sedation for crowns and fillings. This is not a spam review - I have over 400,000 followers on YouTube (PrettySimpleMusic). Dr. Jeffrey has been nothing short of AMAZING! Very thorough and informative in his services for my children. HOWEVER, we have had 2 different assistants for cleanings - for our 11 year old daughter. Be warned - They do not have patience for children who may be nervous or feel uneasy during their teeth cleaning process. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Jeff Ahlert and his Staff. Idk what I would do without them! Super clean and great with kids. I wouldn’t even dream of taking my kids anywhere else! 😊
