The group atmosphere provides a unique environment that's hard to re-create alone with your headphones. This Studio was created to offer the best in instruction and motivational music. Whether it is small group or personal training, I am here to make sure you learn in a safe postive environment. It is not a typical gym and you will appreciate that because we get the same results in a safe effective non intimidating way.

Jeffrey has changed my life! I had never lifted weights before and now I can't imagine my life without it. I love going to this studio and I always leave with a smile. If you're feeling intimidated, know that Jeffrey is super friendly and because every class is different it keeps everyone on their toes. Usually you book classes online but he is very responsive via email too.

Fabulous experience. I was quite nervous, and I really don't have a "dancer's bod". but I was made to feel amazingly welcome and felt free to just try it. If I lived here I would defo go again!
