I had a very upsetting experience with Dr. Jeffrey Abboud at Abboud Plastic Surgery Centre in Ottawa. I went to him for a left lateral brow lift because I had long struggled with a droopy brow related to ptosis/lazy eye. I proceeded with surgery in December 2024, but unfortunately I did not see a noticeable lift. Within weeks, my incision scar widened significantly, and I lost hair in the area, leaving a visible bald/scarred patch that was very difficult to hide. I’ve had a couple of procedures with Dr. Abboud, and each time the experience has exceeded my expectations. From consultation to results, everything has been handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail, and I always felt confident I was in great hands. The results have been natural and exactly what I was hoping for. I also want to mention that Amy has always been incredibly helpful and responsive whenever I’ve had questions, which made the whole process even smoother. Don't wait and book that appointment!
Excellent surgeon
If you want a A+ surgeon please see Dr Abboud. He takes his time explaining things to you and is literally the best surgeon in Ottawa. Shout out to his staff as well, Amy is efficient and friendly and is super fast getting back to you with any questions. I would not go anywhere else but here.
