Worst office experience imaginable. I set up a new-patient appointment in late November scheduled for Monday, January 9, 2012 at 11:00 am. I received all of the paperwork to fill out ahead of time for my appointment. I received a reminder call Friday, January 6, 2012. When I arrived as scheduled, and confirmed, the office staff showed no record of my appointment. They had all of my personal information in the computer but no record of today’s appointment. I am not sure what the other reviewer meant by a "get rich" scheme. Dr. Jeranko (at Standley Shores) has been my dentist for about 8 years and my family's dentist for close to 20...since he started his practice. I have always dreaded going to the dentist, but Dr. Jeranko and his great staff have always made things comfortable and the Dr. has a magic touch when it comes to giving shots...I don't even feel them. Standley Shores Dental is a member of the BRADY GROUP..RICH DENTIST club. To find out more google CHRIS BRADY DENTIST or BRADY GROUP, or RICH DENTIST and you will see what this practice is all about! Its really too bad that such a nice looking office can have such a ugly idea of what dentistry is about.
