Dr. Potter listens to all my questions and explains things in a way that I can easily understand so I know I am receiving good care. He provides the justifications needed for my insurance to cover my medicines. He also provides any notes I need for my employer. I also like that he offers virtual appointments. Overall, I am pleased with the service Dr. Potter provides.
