I saw Dr. Potter as an emergency patient. Dr. Potter is a very kind and patient doctor. What I admire the most about Dr. Potter as a health professional is, he asked my opinion and then carefully elaborated respectfully. I didn't feel challenged, I was not made to feel Is if my request for a different medication (for my body, which I know very well when it comes to rheumatoid arthritis), flareups was not heard or important. Dr. Potter listened to my concerns, he made sire to review and discuss results with me in-person. He took his time getting to know me and my medical history. I really appreciate that in a provider. I will most definitely recommend him to others in need. Awesome service from he and the office staff.
I went to see Dr. Potter after several less-than-effective treatments from other providers. I found him to be very approachable and an excellent communicator who helped me understand treatment options. He patiently listened as I described my symptoms and concerns. Extremely helpful to have met with him.
Dr. Potter and his team came highly recommended to me. I have continued to be his patient for the past three years. Patient care from the front desk to the door is exceptional, everyone is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming.
