Fairly current Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Somewhat, it was kind of uncomfortable Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while.
