Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Would you recommend this dentist to others? I Already Have

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? A few, but not too many Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office?
