took the time to understand our problems and was very understanding .we were not rushed.
I don’t recommend this practitioner if you have medically complex issues/history. Doesn’t seem to understand the trauma and emotional complexities that comes with more severe medical conditions based on repeated bedside manner. Unsure if this behavior is due to being a new practitioner and therefore being less experienced, or simply due to something such as ego, but it is detrimental to patients with significant medical needs and/or medical trauma that require a deeper understanding. I saw Dr. Cox for the second time today for a routine exam, and it was a great experience once again. He and his team are fantastic. He and his team were kind, warm, concerned, knowledgeable, and they listened. I would highly recommend Dr. Cox and his medical practice. He is the real deal. Thank you again Dr. Cox.

I saw Dr. Cox for the first time today for a routine exam. It was the first time I had been to his office, and it was a great experience. He and his CMA, Mara were fantastic. They both were kind, warm, concerned, knowledgeable, and they listened. I would highly recommend Dr. Cox and his practice. Thank you again !
Very understanding and professional doctor. Probably one of the best doctors I've ever had. Helps work with you and he truly listens and is so compassionate and caring! I would recommend him to anyone!
Being a mother of three toddlers, it was hard to find one doctor that fit our needs as a family. That was until we found Dr.Cox! He is not only my children’s Primary but mine as well. He is very interested in getting to know each of us; we’ve never felt like just another ‘patient’. He addresses any issues or concerns we have in a compassionate/ knowledgeable manner. We are blessed to have him as our doctor.

I really love my doctor and he has always given me good service, until recently. I recently developed a growth on my lip which I was concerned about. I left three voice messages over three weeks with no return call from the staff. I decided to see an oral surgeon in Ft. Wayne which they removed and sent in for biopsy. I received the news this week it was cancer. I'm glad I did not wait patiently for the staff to call me back. This whole thing was very worrisome to me. Reliability is key!
