Excellent surgeon, excellent staff & excellent facility! 100% Recommend. Over a year ago, I took a bad fall which destroyed my right rotator cuff. Dr. Cantrell performed a complete rotator cuff replacement following my injury. After following his post-surgery physical therapy instructions (and his recommendation for laser therapy), I have full use of my right shoulder. Glad I had it done!
Dr Cantrell is superb in explaining options to get you back on your feet. He’s fixed one rotator cuff so good I’m going back for another! He spends plenty of time with you and listens. Highly recommend him.
I just had my 6-week follow-up appointment with Dr. Cantrell for my reverse shoulder replacement this week. Recovery has been smooth and my range of motion is very much improved. Dr. Cantrell is patient, attentive and always takes the time to explain progress and next steps. He has my full confidence, and his staff is welcoming, friendly and professional.
Dr. Cantrell was outstanding from start to finish. What started out as some shoulder issues that could be addressed with arthroscopic surgery wound up being a full tissue tear of my rotator cuff. He was prepared to call an audible in the operating room, had all the equipment and staff to pivot to a significantly more involved surgery. 4 months later I'm free to keep getting stronger and to start to play golf again for the first time in over 18 months.
