Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

No, my decisions were always respected Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Did this provider use excessive foul language? No

Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely!

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort.

They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything
