Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Yes, they answered my call right away Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Dr. McNeely is the best!! he knows exactly what he is doing and he does not try to tell you that you have X, Y, Z problem like many other doctors just to have your business, once he finds out what is your problem, he explains it to you with detail and answers all the questions you might have, then he tries to correct/cure it without going directly to surgery, if he already used all his resources and you still have the problem and the surgery is the only last option... he is the one to go with into the OR!!!.
