I just called her from another state. The guy was very short with me. I still had questions and then he just hung up on me
The secretary ladies are rude like as if they hate their job already. They do not take maintenance orders serious yu have to constantly call them and if "they" dont think its an emergency will not get done unless yu hassel them ...my heater wouldn't even get replaced until I had to tell them im call health department cuz of the mold it was creating while leaking ...overall terrible customer service
