Dr. Nei has been my neurologist for epilepsy for quite a few years now, and after trying numerous drugs, the modified atkins diet, and a stay in the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit at Jefferson for over a week, I was diagnosed with intractable (uncontrollable) epilepsy. Dr. Nei was so excited when a new medicine came out that was specifically for my kind of seizures, and I've been seizure free since January 2021! She's the best!
Decrease in seizures since switching to her. Compassionate, well informed and super quick to respond.
I got into a car accident 12yrs ago and right after I started having these full body twitches/jerks. Went to multiple neuroligists and none did an EEG some just put me on seizure medications that didn't work, never told me these could be and probably were seizure activity.
