Dije que pedí información sobre estos apartamentos, solo para que Gaddy G. me dijera que el lugar está infestado de cucarachas que se meten en todos mis aparatos eléctricos, y que ella ya no soporta vivir ahí. Me dijo que no puede esperar a que se le venza el contrato para que ella, su hijo menor y su hijo adulto por fin puedan irse.

My experience living there a couple years back was horrible. AC wouldn't work, pool was dirty, bugs and rats all over the place. Lack of management. Some self-proclaimed creep security guard always stalking anyone who was out dog walking. One of my tires on my vehicle were slash... I remembered reporting it and the manager of the place didn't care and told me to leave the office cause there was nothing they could do! like wow! I highly recommend staying far away from "Jefferson Square" and look else where.

Horrible experience. Lack of management. Can never get a hold of the property manager. Stayed without ac and refrigerator service for almost 3 weeks. Emails, claims, and call attempts and even walkins to the office (Always closed) were made to contact someone at the property for more then 2 weeks once the manager lady was finally present at the office and I tried getting a response for the negligence experience from the apartments her response was “Well the ac is already working right so now get out of my office I have nothi... read more
