This is the first time we've ever had awful service. We planned in eating before tha game but our server "I'll be right back" was less than stellar. The manager offered to pay For our next round but by that time we were ready to go to the game.... too bad ... disappointed �

I was at JS on Sunday around 1 with a group of 4. I had the shrimp tacos and the street corn. Both were very tasty. The service was very sub-standard. It's one thing if the place is busy, but there were only people at 3 of the tables and plenty of staff. We had to hunt our waitress down to get our correct drinks. Then we had to find someone to bring napkins/silverware...very basic stuff. I might eat at the bar, but I will probably avoid sitting at a table if we want food.
Great tacos, awesome service and amazing atmosphere. The whole family enjoyed it. I would definitely be back next time I'm in Cincy!
Food and service good , great beer selection and our dogs are welcome on the patio. Also a great place to people watch in Cincinnati and close to park for a walk.
I live at the Banks, and Jefferson Social is my Cheers. It's the best bar in downtown Cincinnati.
Good place good service! I've been there 5-6 times and it's always fun.
The service and atmosphere are 2nd to none. Not your 'typical' fare. The chef is not afraid to add flavor to all the selections. Pick any one of the menu items. You are sure to be pleased. And the value for the price is incredible.
