We proudly provide affordable comfortable living in a modern up to date community. We provide a professional management and maintenance team that cares about our resident's needs. Our property is well maintained. We offer two fitness centers and two hot tubs that are open year round. There is a seasonal pool. With gorgeous views of the Wasatch mountains and convience of TRAX and very little travel time to downtown, our residents are close to shopping, sporting events and entertainment.

RecommendedJo and KIPP have been so good, since they came to JSA! They've had their work cut out for them. Yet they are doing a great job. Because of the many homeless people in the area, (more and more every day. ugh.), security and safety have come into question. Esp at night and on the weekends. Hopefully, it will improve, soon! Thanks for all you do, Kipp and Jo! I appreciate your friendliness, professionalism and help, when needed. (The pool looks great! )
