We waited over 45 minutes for our food which we didn’t even get. I don’t recommended this place for anyone and I will not be going back

Love this chain! Food was great as usual. Service was very attentive and nice. Restaurant was clean and plenty of TV's to watch your sports.
Yesterday I reported on the Jefferson's Rainbow City and this morning I walked to the Jefferson's Gadsden and what a difference a day does make. At 10:30AM these people were alive and ready to go. My waitress Jamie [sic???] and the crew showed me another side of Jefferson's hospitality. The salad dressing (Ranch) is great and the Cajun grilled chicken too.
