Not impressed. Although I’ve been here many times and had no problem. Yesterday, my niece was with me. She ordered teriyaki boneless wings and didn’t like them. We told the waitress, to no avail. No replacement was offered, even though she had only eaten part of one wing.
bad service and soggy food. called to let them know and was asked what do you want me to do about it? wow never heard that before

RecommendedBoth locations have a great, welcoming atmosphere. From the smiles on the faces of the workers to the upbeat music to the delicious food, hands down great place to eat. As a vegetarian, the possibility to have any burger with a black bean patty and you can make all of their apps vegetarian is really awesome!

RecommendedBetween eating inside & ordering to go, I frequent Jeffersons West location often & love it. Friendly staff, good selection of beers(imo of course) & it’s always a toss up between the Jeffersons burger & the Asian Zinger wings. I’ll always recommend.
