The lady in the front desk was very unprofessional talks to you like you benith her is also a lot of miss communication the nurse was nice and the doctor
The lady at the front desk treat you bad make me lose my appointments she just mean and ignorant I've been there over 10 years she always been like that rude now I can't get my medications I need or see my psychologist everything else besides that is okay trying to get my appointment I'm out of medication s
I went there today with a referral from my doctor. Appearantly they only serve people who live in jp. I live in Plaquemines we don't have a real hospital here. I'm going to write their name down in case something happens with my medication my family can sue them.

This post was five years ago and I assure you, things are not the same at JeffCare. There are better systems in place. The staff is friendly and the doctors are caring. When I first became a patient at JeffCare, I didn’t have insurance. Now I do, and I’m still a patient at this facility with no intention or desire to go anywhere else. The care I receive here is better than anywhere else.
